The Memorial Day Ceremony has become one of the most time-honored traditions in La Palma. Having existed for over 40 years, the Ceremony pays tribute to the dedication and sacrifices the men and women of our Nation’s Armed Forces have made. Every Memorial Day, the City of La Palma honors their service in defense of our Freedom and their sacrifice for Liberty throughout the world. 

Mark your calendars! The 2024 Memorial Day Ceremony is scheduled for Monday, May 27, 2024, starting at 9 a.m. in front of the La Palma Civic Center, 7822 Walker St. Please note Walker Street will be closed to traffic beginning at 8:45 a.m. until the conclusion of the ceremony.
