34th Annual  Totah Festival & Indian Market

We like to welcome you to the upcoming 34th Annual Totah Festival & Indian Market all happening downtown Farmington, New Mexico beginning September 1-3, 2023. A weekend of art, music, culture and entertainment all during the Labor Day Weekend. This year, on Saturday, September 2 the Totah Festival will host the first ever outdoor Live Music Fest. In addition, to our authentic Navajo Rug Auction, Indian Market, Cultural Expo and our 5K Run all to be back for this year's festival. Please check back soon as we will have more updates in the coming weeks. We look forward to seeing at this year's festival! 

The Totah Festival & Indian Market is a three-day festival held during the Labor Day weekend downtown Farmington, NM. The annual festival was established in 1988 and will be celebrating their 34th year since its establishment. 

OFFICIAL SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 1

8 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Juried Art Show Competition Registration

9 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Rug Check-in 

12 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Artist Check-in

5 p.m.- 7 p.m. - Juried Competition Awards & Poster Contest unveiling

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 2

7 a.m. - 9 a.m. - Artist Check-in 

9 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Rug Check-in 

10 a.m. - 7 p.m. - Indian Market 

12 p.m.- 5 p.m. - Cultural Expo

1 p.m. - Navajo Rug Auction (Civic Center Auditorium) 

6 p.m. - Outdoor Live Music Fest 

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 3

8 a.m. - Run the River 5K Run/Walk (Berg Park)

The Total Festival Run the River will feature a 5K fun run on Sunday, September 3, 2023 held during the Annual Totah Festival & Indian Market. The run will be held at Berg Park in Farmington, New Mexico. The race course will follow the park trails along the river.  Participants will receive awesome running by our race sponsor. DJ Who Me will also be at the start and finish providing music to get you pumped and ready to race! 

Race is open to all ages of all fitness levels. Race is open to walkers and runners.  Awards will be given to the Overall Top Male and Female (1st, 2nd & 3rd Place) in each race. Post race refreshments will also be available at the finish line. We hope to see you there as we continue this tradition.
