This Saturday (10/22)

It's not quite Halloween, but there is still time to take on El Diablo at the Diablo Summit Stomp this week.  We even have a nice cool forecast that will allow you to experience the joys of Mount Diablo in Autumn!

Distances will be 30K (taking you all the way to the summit), half marathon, 10K and 5K.

What's That Smell?

Two turkeys baking it to the limit for Thanksgiving!

We will have the Nitro Turkey 5K/10K at Point Pinole on Thanksgiving Day and then Quarry Turkey Half Marathon, 10K and 5K on Saturday, the 26th in Fremont.  Those completing both races will get an additional medal that connects the two finisher medals earned.

Owl See You There, Right?

Grab your coffee car mug and meet us at Sanborn Park in Saratoga on December 10th for Summit Rock #12!  Flat and fast would be a terrible description -- this race has it's ups and downs!  But you get to run through some of the most beautiful redwood-shaded trails you can find anywhere!

Remember, if you fell out of the habit (running, walking, racing), you are in good company.  Best way to fix that is to come out and get going again.  Everyone will be happy to see you!
