Fiesta Latina en Irvine and the Mid-Autumn Festival celebrate and recognize Irvine's rich, diverse community through two September events held at the Great Park.

Join in the celebration and recognition of Irvine's rich, diverse community through two September events held at the Great Park.

The second annual Fiesta Latina en Irvine, presented in partnership with UCI and UCI Health, will take place Sunday, September 17, 11 a.m.–3 p.m. This free, family-friendly cultural festival features music, food, art, literature, and more. Learn more at cityofirvine.org/fiesta.

Enjoy the festivities at the Mid-Autumn Festival Friday, September 29, 5–9 p.m., with live entertainment, crafts, gourmet food trucks, artistic demonstrations, and learn more about the importance of this beautiful, time-honored celebration. Learn more at cityofirvine.org/midautumn.

Coming Soon: Dorothea Lange's California: 1935–1942

Beginning October 1, you can view Dorothea Lange's iconic collection of documentary photography captured in California during the 1930s and 1940s. Lange is known for her exposure of the complexities of American identity in a time of economic and civil insecurity. Dorothea Lange's California: 1935–1942 will be on view at the Great Park Gallery October 1December 31 and includes a free, opening reception Sunday, October 1, from 1 to 3 p.m.
