It’s Texas Bluebonnet Award season, and it’s time to get the votes in for this prestigious children’s book award! We’re happy to announce that the library is partnered with the Texas Library Association (TLA) to be a Certified Texas Bluebonnet Award Voting Location.

T.B.A. is a kid’s choice award, and we want our local children’s input and votes!

Voting deadline is February 10.
Your children must have read at least 5 books from the T.B.A. Master List to be able to vote.
We have available copies of these books for checkout. When read, come to the children’s desk for a paper ballot and pick which book you think should get the award.

A special Voting Party will be held on February 3, from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

Stop by for a cupcake and get your votes submitted (or finish reading those books)!
