Cypress College - Counseling Appointments for Educational Planning

Schools and Libraries

February 15, 2023

From: Cypress College

Counseling Appointments Available Weeks 3-13 for Educational Planning

Student educational plans are an important part of your journey here at Cypress because they map out the courses you will need to take based on your major and educational goals.

Don't have an educational plan yet? Make an appointment now to see your academic counselor. Counseling appointments for educational planning are available weeks 3-13 of each semester; the first two weeks and last three weeks of each semester are reserved for walk-in counseling to assist with course registration and clearance, not schedule planning.

Attention Students with Unpaid Balances

This week, the North Orange County Community College District will place holds on the accounts of students who have unpaid balances in excess of $100. Individual notifications will be sent from the nocccd.edu domain and placed into the myGateway accounts of those students. These holds, known as “UB Holds,” prevent students from dropping or adding classes.

Cypress College employees are here to help students in this situation. To learn more about UB Holds, paying a balance, and sources of financial assistance, please see the FAQ at the button below.
