Los Angeles, CA - The Los Angeles Dodgers, in conjunction with the organization’s Women’s Opportunity Network (WON), are set to host their second annual Women in Sports and Entertainment conference on Monday, November 13 at Dodger Stadium. The conference will bring together over 400 local professionals seeking to learn, network, and connect with the conference’s esteemed panelists, including Jeanie Buss, Owner and President of the Los Angeles Lakers, and Dodgers and ESPN broadcaster and analyst, Jessica Mendoza. Tickets are available for purchase at dodgers.com/womeninsports.

Attendees will have the opportunity to listen and learn from multiple panelists, including keynote speakers during breakfast and lunch. Everyone will attend a breakout session, each one focusing on three separate areas of the sports and entertainment industry: Front Office roles, Broadcasting and Public Relations, and Content Creation.

“We are excited to host our second annual Women in Sports and Entertainment Conference,” said Sara Curran, Controller of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Executive Sponsor of WON. “We hope this conference encourages women to push barriers and pursue a career that provides a sense of empowerment.”

The Women’s Opportunity Network, established in 2020, is one of several business resource groups within the Los Angeles Dodgers organization. The group aims to create a safe and equitable space for women to thrive and to demonstrate that women add tangible value to the organization’s success.
