Welcome to the Library Reading Corner for January 2023

A Note from Library Director Allison Gray:

Happy New Year! We hope you are doing well during these ever-changing times. 2022 was an exciting year for the Goleta and Santa Ynez Valley Libraries, and we promise to make 2023 even better!

The Goleta and Santa Ynez Valley Libraries have so many wonderful programs and services for seniors, I’m getting close to that age and have been checking them out!

-If you like to knit or crochet and would like to make items for charitable causes, check out Goodland Yarn Works on Wednesday afternoons from 2-4pm.

-Senior Happy Hour is on the first Thursday of each month from 2-3:30pm. Come make a craft while meeting new people!

-Tech Tutoring on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays lets you get live help from one of our experts on how to use your computer device or phone.

As a reminder, all Goleta & Santa Ynez Valley Library Locations will be closed for a staff training day on Wednesday, Jan 11th.

Happy New Year to all our wonderful patrons!
