BAKERSFIELD, CA - North of the River Recreation and Park District (NOR) invites the community to say hello to Fall and join the fun with food, games, and prizes at the annual Fall Festival. Now in its sixth year, the event will take place on Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 2-5pm at Almondale Park on 5501 Verdugo Lane in Northwest Bakersfield. Bring the whole family for an entire afternoon of FREE entertainment featuring a kids’ zone with carnival games, bounce houses, vendor booths, lots of candy, and much more! In the evening, the event will wrap up with a movie screening of Casper (1995) in the park. The first 200 guests will receive a FREE hot dog lunch, while supplies last.
