National Senior Center Month!

Aging Resource Rendezvous

In September we'll be celebrating National Senior Center Month with Aging Resource Rendezvous!

This four-part series will feature important topics from leading experts who explain and explore resources pertaining to our senior population. All lectures will take place at Sea Country Senior & Community Center.

- Sept. 6 @ 12:30pm - Overview of Dementia & Recent Research Developments by Dr. Edward Zamrini
- Sept.13 @ 6pm - Understanding the Continuum of Care by Patty Barnett Mouton with Alzheimer’s Orange County

The City of Laguna Niguel’s Fall Recreation Brochure is now available! Check out classes, events, volunteer opportunities, and our annual Haunted Trails event!

Sprayground

Open Weekends, 10am - 4pm

Summer may be over but the Sprayground is still open! The Sprayground will be open on weekends during September from 10:00am-4:00pm.

In the event of inclement weather, please note that the Sprayground will be closed.

The Golden Girls Bunco Blast Party!

Mindful Monday Workshop

Junior Civic Workshop

Join us for Jr. Civic Workshops this Fall! Learn about your local government, including how your City operates and collaborates with other agencies to provide the community with essential services.

September's workshop will be lead by Mayor Kelly Jennings and Guest Speakers discussing the topic of the City Seal and City Manager.

Community service hours will be awarded each month. Pre-registration required.

National Grandparents Day Movie: Up

Pumpkin Patch Preschool Party

Join us for a parent and me preschool party this September!

This one-hour fall themed party will include a craft, song, story-time, snack, and special visit from a fairytale friend! Parent/Guardian participation required.

Mission Viejo Animal Services presents Living with Wildlife on Wednesday, September 20, from 6pm - 7pm at the Crown Valley Community Center!

This FREE lecture will help you learn the behavior & habits of the indigenous animals in our area. 

You will find out how to properly identify wildlife, get tips on keeping wildlife wild, and learn safety tips for you and your pet(s), and know when to call Animal Services.

Haunted Trails Volunteer Info Meeting

Volunteers wanted for Haunted Trails!

Volunteer to be a monster at the City of Laguna Niguel’s annual Haunted Trails event Thursday, October 12 - Sunday, October 15.

Volunteers must be 15 years of age and older. Please note, a commitment to all dates and times is required to participate.

Sea Country Cinema: The Great Gatsby

Flu Shot Clinic & Senior Resource Fair

Vaccines will be administered on a first-come first-serve basis (while supplies last). The date is subject to change.

The Resource Fair will include local Non-Profit booths, government agencies, meet contract class Instructors, Senior Center information and giveaways.

Pumpkin Rescue

The Laguna Niguel Aquatics Center Pumpkin Rescue returns Saturday, September 30!

It's time to the kickoff to the Halloween season! Admission includes rescuing your very own pumpkin from a floating pumpkin patch. Participants can then swim with their pumpkin, before decorating.

The inflatable side (8+ years and older) will be out, diving board open, music, fall themed selfie cut outs and a food truck!

Haunted Trails

Haunted Trails is back for its 23rd unnerving, dreadful year! Join us on the trail for four memorable nights that are sure to haunt your dreams. October 12th through 15th are going to be nights to dismember...our undead monsters are eagerly awaiting your arrival... The nightmare begins at 6:30pm each night. 

One-Time Only Pre-Sale Entrance Tickets are $13 per person and are available for purchase at Crown Valley Community Center during normal operating hours, Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. Tickets will also be available for purchase on event nights for $15 per person.

*Ghoulish Group Rate: Groups of 10+ can purchase tickets at $10 per person.
