JASON STUART: Nominated for Best LGBTQ Comedian!

When you think one of the most prolific character actors, who’s also an outrageous stand-up comedian, one name comes to mind…. Jason Stuart. This ground breaking comic came out on the Geraldo Show, coming up on 30 years ago. Jason Stuart has been nominated for Best LGBTQ Comedian for the WORLDWIDE COMEDY CONTEST & AWARDS among some of the best of the best LGBTQ comedians including: Margaret Cho, Billy Eichner, Judy Gold, Hannah Gadsby, Tig Notaro, Steven Roberts, Wanda Sykes, Bowen Yang, Gina Yashere and Jason Stuart! 

The Awards will be presented at THE COMEDY CHATEAU on Sunday Aug. 28th at 7pm in North Hollywood, Ca. The show is produced by Golden Artis Entertainment by Dante & Rebekah Kochan.

Jason quips, "it's an honor to be included among so many funny diverse comedians. So much has changed since I came out in 1993 which I am so grateful for. But there is still so much more to do, as bias is still among us". And he jokes for those who want to know how his 85 year old mother reacted. She responded, "Does the Q at the end mean you're questioning? Jason: No Ma, that mean's Queer? His Mom: But that's what the kids called you at school?"
