Join us as we ring in the Noon Year at the Ygnacio Valley Library! Our celebration begins with a performance of the North Pole Review by the Fratello Marionettes. The celebration continues with a balloon drop in the Meeting Room, crafts, and snacks. No registration required. All are welcome! Repujado is a form of relief art worked in metal. Join us for a workshop led by Oakland-based artist Rachel Palacios to make art inspired by this technique.
