Antelope Valley Virtual, a program of Southern Kern Unified School District, utilizes a standards-based online curriculum that students can access 24 hours a day, providing an innovative high quality education. California-credentialed online teachers work with students as they are engaged in their courses. This allows students to successfully complete their requirements, graduate on-time, and move into the next stages of either career or college life. The curriculum is completely online, so students can learn at their own pace and receive individual support from California-credentialed online teachers, and work at a pace that is commensurate with their abilities.
