Church of the Apostles is a warm, friendly place! We are a mission that believes that the Holy Scriptures have authority over every aspect of life. We embrace the Traditional Faith of Anglicanism: Scripture, Tradition and Reason. We believe in traditional family values and the goodness of orderly, liturgical worship. In short, we are a Bible-believing mission in the Episcopal tradition. Whether you come from an Anglican/Episcopal background, some other Christian fellowship or maybe no church connection whatsoever, Church of the Apostles will be a supportive church home for you. We believe in taking the best from every era and century, preserving Ancient tradition and being open to contemporary insights, while not compromising on the central truths of the Christian Faith. If you are looking for a church that will openly answer your questions and help you and your family grow in the Christian Faith, then Church of the Apostles is the place for you to be!

Who We are:

The Church of the Apostles is a dynamic, growing Anglican (Episcopal) mission located in the Santa Clarita Valley of California.

Our faith is founded firmly on Holy Scripture. We recognize that people grow emotionally and spiritually at their own rate and rhythm. We realize that as we build a mission church together, we are not alone. We are building on the foundation laid for us by 2,000 years of Christian Tradition, Holy Scripture and Jesus Christ himself - the One who is the same Yesterday, Today and Forever.

Our ways are ancient and based upon centuries of tradition. Our faith is unchanging. We stand on the Rock of Jesus Christ as he has been made known to us in the teaching of the Holy Apostles, the Holy Church and the Holy Bible. We stand on this Rock in the midst of the turbulent sea of the ever-changing world around us, and we offer you this firm foundation in order that you may have that peace which the world cannot give; the peace of God, which passes man's understanding. Because we are a part of the larger world-wide family of Anglican Churches, we are accountable to the authority of Holy Scripture, the Book of Common Prayer and the Thirty-Nine Articles of Religion.

Many Anglicans who are troubled by the changes in the faith and doctrines in their church in the present age, have either stopped going to church or have joined non-Anglican churches, only to find that their spiritual hunger and longing for the true Catholic sacraments and doctrines of the Book of Common Prayer continue to be unsatisfied. You will find a home at Church of the Apostles. Also if you are new to the Church, or have lapsed for any length of time, we invite you to come home.
