Our Vision:

Our vision at CCC is to draw people into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ while building a community of His fully devoted followers.

We believe this is accomplished through the following:

Outreach

This commitment to outreach involves grace which compels us to grow in relationship with our unchurched friends and neighbors, building friendships, asking God to meet their felt needs, caring for their physical needs, and sharing the life saving gift of Jesus Christ! This commitment becomes real through personal evangelism, prayer, and "seeker oriented" events and activities. He gave some to be ... evangelists ... Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming."

Community
This commitment to community involves genuine fellowship which compels us to grow and build each other up, in love, creating an extended family and is only possible because of our unity in Christ. This commitment becomes real through small groups, retreats, and special community-building events. We grow in community through personal interaction and trust-building opportunities. From Him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.

Maturity

This commitment to maturity involves discipleship, which compels us to grow in depth. This commitment becomes real through worship, bible teaching and study, as well as through a deep commitment to prayer. We are committed to growing in maturity personally and as a group on a continual basis....until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

Service

We discover our gifts and role in God's family to prepare God's people. This commitment to service involves looking outward, which compels us to grow in compassion. This commitment becomes real through local service and outreach projects, short-term mission experiences, and evangelistic involvements which draw people in to the Body of Christ. We grow in service and compassion as we look beyond our own problems and become involved in our world.
