God has revealed Himself to be one living and true God, perfect in love and righteousness in all His ways; Creator of all things; existing eternally in the three persons of the Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

All the books of the Old and New Testaments, given by divine inspiration, are the written Word of God, and are the final authority for Christian faith and living.

God created man and woman in His own image, as the crown of creation, that they might have fellowship with Him. Tempted by Satan, man and woman rebelled against God. Being estranged from their Creator, yet responsible to Him, they became subject to divine wrath, inwardly depraved, and, apart from grace, incapable of returning to God.

The only Mediator between God and humanity is Christ Jesus our Lord, God's eternal Son, fully human, fully divine. By His death on the cross in our place, He revealed divine love and upheld divine justice, removing our guilt and reconciling us to God. On the third day, He rose bodily from the grave, victorious over death and the powers of darkness. He ascended into heaven where at God's right hand He intercedes for His people and rules as Lord over all.

The Holy Spirit, through the proclamation of the gospel, renews our hearts, persuades us to repent of our sins, and confess Jesus as Lord. Through repentance and personal faith in Jesus Christ, we are forgiven our sins, born again by the Holy Spirit and graciously adopted into God's family, enabling us to call Him Father. As we are led by the Spirit, we grow in the knowledge and love of the Lord, empowered to live an obedient life that glorifies our Father in heaven.

God, by His Word and Spirit, creates the one holy universal church. The Church is the living body of Christ on earth. Christ is the head and source of its life. The body is composed of those who have received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. The church exists to celebrate life in Christ in worship, to cultivate growth in Christ to be His disciples, and to communicate Christ to the world.

God's redemptive purpose will be consummated by the return of Christ to raise the dead, to judge the world and establish His glorious kingdom. This is the hope of the church and its encouragement for ministry. Those who are in Christ will live with Him forever.
