About our school

Loleta School District has an excellent tradition of teachers and parents working together to meet the needs of students.

We are committed to our students

Loleta School is striving to prepare students to be productive citizens in the 21st Century. We believe in the success of every child as a learner and to reach this goal, we offer a quality learning environment. To maintain this environment, the district is currently evaluating and revising curricular and non-curricular goals.

Our students are here to learn

Our kindergarten through eighth grade students understand that the purpose of school attendance is to learn. They also understand that anything which interferes with that purpose is not acceptable. Evidence of this can be seen throughout the classrooms, lunchroom, and the playground.

Who we are

Loleta Union School District serves a diverse school community. Approximately 24% of our students are Native American residing on two rancherias; approximately 18% of our students are Hispanic . The remaining students are from agricultural families, children of college students, or commuter families.

A dedicated faculty and staff

Loleta School has an experienced committed instructional staff committed to student success. Our ethnic and social diversity is one of the strengths, giving students the opportunity to dispel stereotypes. We have strong community support for our students and school program. In all, we have a school where students feel safe and can attain success.
