We invite you to come visit us during a Sunday worship service. Life is hard and unfair. So we gather together to focus on God and be encouraged and challenged to grow and live for Him during the week. We want to be encouraging as we change, grow and live in the love of God. It is our sincere desire that Newark Community Church be a safe place, where good news is proclaimed, where everyone matters, where everyone is accepted, where everyone is heard, and where everyone is loved as Christ loved both sinners and saints.

We are a friendly "church family" with a broad range of ages and many children. We have an active youth ministry. We believe worship is focusing on God to give Him honor and glory, and to center our lives in the reality of a personal relationship with Him.

Our desire is that through our ministry you will be drawn into a personal relationship with God, through Jesus Christ, and with the Family of God, His Church represented by local congregations such as ours.

We are not perfect, but we are allowing God the freedom to work in us, as a church and as individuals, to make us more and more into His design and purpose for our lives.
