Mission:
The mission of South Bay Christian Church is to share the good news of Jesus Christ, to witness and serve from our doorsteps to all people throughout our community; to encourage personal spiritual growth; to celebrate God’s presence in worship and to bind ourselves to God and one another.
Our congregation believes that worship and Christian Education are central in its life together. It is committed to developing emerging ministries and nurturing new communities of faith.
Like most Christians, Disciples affirm that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God, and offers saving grace to all. Unlike many churches, however, we practice freedom of belief. We proclaim no creed but Christ; consequently, our congregation is marked by diversity and mutual respect.
