Non- profit organization providing Early Head Start (pregnancy through 3yrs of age- in home program) and Head Start (3yrs through 5yrs of age- school based program). Programs also provide referrals to other generic resources as needed by families.

Programs are free of cost (income- based) for families who qualify.
