Beliefs:
“In life and in death we belong to God. Through the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God and the communion of the Holy Spirit, we trust in one triune God, the Holy One of Israel whom we alone worship and serve".

We affirm that Christ calls the church into being, and gives the Church (the fellowship of those who confess faith in Him as Lord and Savior) that which is necessary for its mission. Our authority comes from the scriptures of the Old and New Testaments alone. The Church of Jesus Christ, then, is to be a demonstration of what God intends for humanity. That is, the church is to be a sign in and for the world of the new reality which God has made available to all through Jesus Christ. this reality includes a new humanity, a new creation, and a new beginning for human life in the world.

We are also called to participate in God's activity in the world through our service to others. This includes healing others; ministering to the needs of the poor, the sick, the lonely, and the powerless, engaging in the struggle to free people from sin, fear, oppression, hunger and injustice; giving of ourselves and our substance in service to our community and the world; and sharing with Christ in establishing His just, peaceable, and loving rule in the world.
We, as the Church, are called to undertake this mission trusting in God alone as the author and giver of life, sharing the gospel, and doing deeds in the world that point beyond themselves to the new reality in Christ.

We rejoice in God's call to us to be the Church of Jesus Christ and "With believers in every time and place, we rejoice that nothing in life and death can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. Amen."
