Vornado CEO Steven Roth joins Fordham REI to honor Ethan Penner, CEO, Mosaic Real Estate Investors and other industry leaders June 18 at Lincoln Center

The Fordham Real Estate Institute (REI) will host its second annual premier awards gala Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at Lincoln Center, Fordham University Constantino Ballroom, 150 W. 62 St., to celebrate industry visionaries and to support future careers in commercial real estate.

The event will begin with an introduction by Steven Roth, CEO of Vornado and REI will honor Ethan Penner, CEO, Mosaic Real Estate Investors, “Visionary Award”; Mosfigul Aktar, CEO, AlphaRithm AI, “Titan of Tommorrow”, and Annemarie DiCola, Esq. CEO, Trepp Inc. “Groundbreakers Award”. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Building Futures Scholarship Fund, which offers low-income New Yorkers access to REI’s course and programs, and to careers in real estate and construction.
