Join the dynamic ladies of Orangewood’s 44 Women for Orangewood auxiliary at the 20^th Annual Scholarship Luncheon on Thursday, May 30^th from11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Attendees will gather at the Ritz Carlton in Dana Point for a beautiful morning celebrating the nurturing, supporting, and inspiring programs Orangewood Foundation provides to foster and community youth.

Founded by Susan Samueli in 1999, 44WFO focuses its efforts on providing mentoring and education, increasing community awareness about the youth Orangewood serves, and annually fundraising. The event will feature guest speaker Apolo Anton Ohno, a retired short track speed skating competitor and an eight-time medalist in the Winter Olympics. Ohno is the most decorated American at the Winter Olympics and was inducted into the International Sports Hall of Fame in 2017 and the U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame in 2019.

The scholarships funded through this annual event allow Orangewood to support youth and equip them with the tools and resources they need to continue their education and reach their greatest potential.
