Take a moment during your busy day, press pause, and connect with us. Connect In is a safe space to experience guided meditation. This community is perfect for beginners as well as experienced folks.
Start your day in a mindful way by connecting with others and by finding more presence within yourself. Each practice will have a short introduction to inspire a topic for the day. After the introduction, there will be a 5-10 minute practice that may include breathing guidance, stillness, and quiet time.
