Three Owls Restaurant, located inside the award-winning The Elms Hotel & Spa, is offering a special Easter Brunch to hotel guests and locals from 10a.m. - 2p.m. on March 31st. 

The brunch is $60 for Adults, $50 for Seniors, and $30 for kids 4-12. Kids under 4 are free.

Breakfast

• Fluffy scrambled eggs

• Pork Bacon and chicken maple sausage

• Ham, cheese and chive egg souffle

• Cajun shrimp and grits

• French toast casserole with powdered sugars and candied pecans

Salads

• Fresh fruit display

• Artisan cheeses and cured meats display

• Arcadian lettuce with fresh strawberries, gorgonzola cheese, spiced pepitas and lemon lavender vinaigrette

• Roasted beet salad with goat cheese, pickled onions, fresh arugula and grapefruit vinaigrette

• Deviled egg potato salad

• Sliced Pit ham with peach coulis

• Oven roasted chicken breast with shallots and rosemary sauce

• Pan seared salmon with brown butter sauce and lemon preserves

• Broiled Beef striploin with mushroom cream sauce

• Roasted baby carrots with sweet butter
