Free Anxiety Workshop: Learn Mindful STOP technique to manage symptoms of anxiety


Nika Ajayi, LMFT and High Desert Wellness will offer a Free Anxiety Workshop to introduce Mindful STOP technique for anyone 16 and older. This event will teach coping skills that will help you eliminate symptoms of anxiety and return to showing up authentically at work and in your relationships.
