You’re invited to join Groundswell on Tuesday, May 21 at 11:00 a.m. for an educational luncheon that will highlight efforts on changing narratives of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Groundswell’s “Champions of DEI” 2024 Inaugural Luncheon will be hosted in partnership with the Black Chamber of OC and will unite aspiring leaders from Orange County’s businesses, nonprofits, higher education, cities, government, and communities. The goal of this event is to help bridge the divide in inequality and help our neighbors at every level embrace diversity.

Through a commitment to equity, Groundswell’s mission is targeted at cultivating the next generation of leaders and creating a more equitable future by fostering belonging for all. Attendees of the “Champions of DEI” luncheon will gain knowledge on the tools needed for productive problem-solving.
