May 10, 2024......Gift of Wings is proud to announce 92.1 VTY Country, Outta Sight Kite Flight, PRESENTED BY Tri-state IKEA Stores...AIM HIGH..SIKTA HOGT. Finally It's Spring and Time to GO FLY A KITE!

On Saturday, June 1st, and Sunday June 2nd, IKEA, 92.1 VTY Country, and Gift of Wings are hosting The Gift of Wings Outta Sight Kite Flight Kite Festival, Presented by Tri-state IKEA stores, 21Years in Kennedy Park, a City of Kenosha park, on Kenosha's lakefront. The event will begin at 10:00 am, through 5:00 pm, both days, with the GRAND LAUNCH of 400+ kites at NOON! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xrNgcpp5Mn8

For the 15th year, FIRE and ICE precision kite flying team will be performing three times each day during this event. They are the world - renowned professional kite flying team from Illinois, and Wisconsin.
In addition, Alex Daganais and the Canadian Dream Team from Montreal, Quebec, will be making their 15th appearance with their 2 large Super Giant Whale kites, and their ALL NEW 120 ft Trilobite kite, and the all new IKEA Shark Kite, an Outta Sight Kite Flight Festival Exclusive. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mIQHOrtUCrk Kenosha's Own, Jake Peters will also be flying his collection of giant kites all weekend long.
Milwaukee's own Paul Koepke, a Professional kite flyer, will also be performing. Jean Lemire from Montreal will attempt to fly three dual line stunt kites all at the same time. Amy and Connie Doran from America's Got Talent will be performing all weekend long.
We will also be giving away free kites to the first 100 kids that participate in the City of Kenosha "KIDS MAD DASH". Imagine 100 kids launching their kites all at the same time. LOOK OUT!! Gift of Wings will be selling Kites and food during the event. It's all new this Spring!!
The 92.1 VTY Country, IKEA Outta Sight Kite Flight KITE FESTIVAL, PRESENTED BY Tri-state IKEA Stores is FREE with plenty of FREE parking!
