Born from the reconstitution of one of Atlanta’s longest running bluegrass bands, DejaBlue Grass Band (DBGB) is like nothing you’ve heard before. Appalachian instruments with funk and groove heart that swings! DBGB proves to be a party band for people who love acoustic music (and tight 3-part harmonies) but want to boogie! It’s Booty Grass! The band reformed as quartet in 2021 from the ashes of the pandemic, and they didn’t want to completely eschew their bluegrass roots but they also wanted to incorporate funk, soul, pop, and swing and it’s proven to be a huge success. The eclectic mix is a crowd pleaser for any group. These guys will blow your mind and shake your behind.
