Celebrating 101st Memorial Day service at Cherry Grove Cemetery above Nordmont.

This year's speaker will be Mr. Greg Forsburg, a native of Nesbit, Pa. Mr. Forsburg is a member of the Lycoming County Historical Society. He is also a member of the Montgomery and Fort Freeland Historical Societies, the Lycoming County Genealogical Society, and is current president of the Sons of the American Revolution, Tiadaghton

Chapter. Along with holding the office of President of the Williamsport Cemetery Company Board of Managers, Mr. Forsburg is a member of Ivy Lodge#106 FA&M. Services at Cherry Grove will be at 2PM. Kathryn Prichard will serve as the master of ceremonies at the service. Cherry Grove Cemetery Association President Brian Hoffman will be offering the prayers and invocation. Please bring chairs for seating outside. In case of inclement weather, the service will be held inside Cherry Grove Chapel. Music will be provided by the Sullivan County High School Band.

St. Paul U.M. Church will be serving their annual ham dinner preceding the service at the Community Hall, Nordmont, from 10:30AM to 1PM. Cost of the dinner is $12, eat in or take out.

Individuals may provide for future upkeep and maintenance of the cemetery and chapel with a bequest in their final arrangement/will or other donations. We hope to see you there.
