Remember and Honor: Sacrifice, Selflessness, Service" Memorial Day Tribute

Since moving to Pensacola, I have developed an annual personal tradition of visiting Veteran's Memorial Park in Downtown Pensacola, FL. Early in the morning, I would arrive to pay tribute to those who have given their lives for our nation...the ultimate sacrifice. I would walk around the serene landscape and reflect (often ruminate) on my own experiences as a United States Marine and what this day has meant for me, personally. For 2024, I would like to do something different and ask you if you would join me in honoring our heroes and heritage.

This year...let's come together as a community, not just to remember the fallen, but to contemplate the true meaning of this day for all Americans: One Nation Under God, with Liberty and Justice for all. Is that not the very reason these brave men and women sacrificed all.
