Workout with me in person! During this power yoga and Pilates fusion class, I'll guide you through a series of poses for increased strength, balance and flexibility whether you're a beginner who wants an introduction, someone hoping to learn new poses at their own pace, or an advanced student seeking to develop their skills.
No prior experience or any special equipment is needed. This workout can be done from anywhere with just an exercise mat. All levels are welcome.
Don't forget to bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water.
