8:00 am - 1:00 pm: Pullorum Testing of Poultry
NOTE: NO Pullorum Testing after 1:00 pm
3:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Drop off Civic Center entries
6:00 pm: Mandatory animal exhibitor meeting (barns)
6:00 pm: All Animals must be in assigned pens

August 14, 2023

7:00 am - 9:00 pm: All animal barns open
9:00 AM: Civic Center judging (NOTE: Civic Center is 10:00 am to 9:00 pm Civic Center Still Exhibits opens Closed all day Monday for judging)
9:00 AM: Swine classes judged
3:00 PM: Sheep/Goat/Beef/Dairy Beef classes judged
5:30 PM: Harness Racing, $5 grandstand entry

August 15, 2023

7:00 am - 9:00 pm: All animal barns open 8:00 PM TNT Demo Derby. $15 grandstand entry
9:00 AM: Youth Horse Show
9:00 AM All Poultry judging
11:00 am - 1:00 pm: Differently-abled/Special Needs day in the BARNS. Come learn about the animals.
10:00 am - 9:00 pm: Civic Center Still Exhibits open
3:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Midway opens ($30 wristbands)
5:30 PM: Harness Racing, $5 grandstand entry

August 16, 2023

7:00 am - 9:00 pm: All animal barns open 7:00 PM TNT Demo Derby.
9:00 AM: Rabbit judging
10:00 - 9:00 pm: Civic Center Still Exhibits open
10:00 am - 6:00 pm: Open Sew in the Civic Center
2:00 PM: Pie Baking Contest judging
Register pies from 11:00am to 1:30pm
3:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Midway opens - $1 RIDES!
6:00 PM: Youth Market Livestock Sale (at the barns)

August 17, 2023

7:00 am - 9:00 pm All animal barns open
9:00 AM: Open Horse Show
10:00 am - 6:00 pm: Open Sew in the Civic Center
10:00 am - 9:00 pm: Civic Center opens
3:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Midway opens ($30 wristband)
6:00 PM: Youth Showmanship Sweepstakes
7:00 PM: Micro Wrestling. $15 at grandstand/$12 online

10:00 am - 6:00 pm: Open Sew in the Civic Center
11:00 am - 1:00 pm: Differently-abled/Special Needs Day in the BARNS! Come learn about the animals!
12:00 - 10:00 pm: Midway opens - ($30 wristbands)
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Farm Bureau Chicken BBQ
5:30 PM: Ag Olympics at the Barns. Open to all kids! Hosted by Wexford County 4H
8:00 PM: TNT Demo Derby. $15 grandstand entry

August 19, 2023

7:00 am - 9:00 pm: All animal barns open
10:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Civic Center Still Exhibits Open
12:00 - 10:00 pm: Midway Opens - KID'S DAY!
12:00 - 4:00p m: $20 wristband. After 4:00 - $30
5:00 PM: Youth Awards presentation at the Barns.
7:00 PM: TNT Demo Derby. $15 grandstand entry

August 20, 2023

7:00 - 1:00 pm: All animal exhibits must be picked up and Barns Cleaned.
9:00 am - 1:00 pm: All Civic Center exhibits must be picked up
