We're having a Summer Instrument Drive!

Do you have an instrument in your home collecting dust, or not being used? Please consider Acadiana Center for the Art’s ‘Play It Again’ Instrument Recycling Program.

This summer we are collecting and repairing instruments through the ‘Play It Again’ program, and we'd love to take your old instruments off your hands.

With generous support from Lafayette Music Company, AcA is able to collect old instruments that are no longer being used and repair them so they can be given to schools for children who may not have the financial means to buy an instrument of their own.

More than 900 refurbished instruments are currently in circulation in Acadiana through this program.

Grant Deadline Approaching
Submissions are now open for the Louisiana Project Grant!
This program supports creative community projects in Acadiana with up to $7,500 in funding.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, June 30th at 5pm.

SEE GUIDELINES & APPLICATION

Seeking local talent
Theater, Dance, Music - all performing arts disciplines are encouraged to apply!

By applying to this program, AcA is offering the artist an opportunity to expand their work beyond the setting of a bar or club.
This is a chance for artists to expand their vision in a state-of-the-art environment that gives the opportunity to produce an elevated experience with potential to bring the performance beyond Acadiana.
