The Great Chesapeake Bay Schooner Race was founded to promote public awareness of the Chesapeake Bay’s maritime heritage and encourage the preservation and improvement of the Chesapeake’s natural resources. They accomplish this goal by presenting educational programs and supporting regional organizations that share this vision.

Join the Annapolis Maritime Museum & Park for a Birthday on the Bay! 

 Explore the nature trails and secluded shoreline of the Maritime's Park Campus during our adventure-filled parties. Each birthday party includes one hour of hands-on activities led by Museum staff and one hour for traditional birthday fun. All parties also include a take-home craft.
