Come dance at Vermilionville! Bayou Vermilion District & Vermilionville host live music, EVERY SUNDAY from 1-4 p.m. THIS SUNDAY SHERYL CORMIER. Admission is only $10 and includes a self-guided tour of the living history museum.

Come early and grab lunch at Vermilionville’s restaurant -- open from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and features an all-you-can-eat buffet on Sundays.

EVENTS

Cajun French Music Jam

The Cajun French Music Jam is every Saturday at Vermilionville from 1-3 p.m. The Jam is open to participants of all skill levels, those who just want to sit back and listen, and even dancers -- everyone is welcome to join the party! The Cajun French Music Association sponsors the Jam which features some of Louisiana's finest musicians. Admission is FREE and does not include entry to the museum. Come on out this Saturday to Vermilionville to experience live, local, authentic Cajun music.

Summer Camps

It's that time of year again. Summer camp registration is open now! Grab your spot here for our 12th annual summer camp!

Each week is crafted for each group and each language of emphasis, and focuses on the history, culture, and environment of the Acadiana region and its peoples.
