"The Spectacle of Sunrise and Sunset" seeks to explore the enchanting moments of sunrise and sunset, whether it's the first light of dawn or the warm embrace of twilight.

AYURVEDA FOR A NOURISHING WINTER - WORKSHOP

Ayurveda is yoga's "sister science." It derives from the Sanskrit words "ayur" (life) and "veda" (science) thus translating into "the knowledge of life." In this workshop, we will take a look at how Ayurveda can help us not only have a restful Winter, but a nourishing one as well.
