Honor Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by joining the conversation with Vanessa Roberts Avery -  the first African American woman to be appointed U.S. Attorney for Connecticut. 

Attorney Avery will discuss “Learning to Live Together" on MLK Day, Monday, January 16, at 8:30am, live via Zoom. The event will be moderated by Keith Kountz from Connecticut's News Channel 8.

Attorney Avery attended New Haven public schools and graduated from Yale University and Georgetown University Law Center. She was recently interviewed on News Channel 8 about how to get drugs off the city streets. See that interview HERE.
