Just two weeks left to Thanksgiving weekend.  We don't know where the time has gone either!

In our last e-mail we covered the all-around great times coming soon at our Nitro Turkey event (5K/10K on Thanksgiving Day at Point Pinole) and Quarry Turkey races (half marathon, 10K and 5K in Fremont).  This is another reminder, in case you forgot!

SUMMIT ROCK

Our Summit Rock event includes a half marathon, 10K and 5K and takes place in Saratoga, at Sanborn County Park

These courses have some climbing/hiking but 1) you get to run on some of the most beautiful trails anywhere, full of redwoods and pines.  And 2) the climbing is all in the first half when you are still fresh -- it is virtually all flat and downhill back to the finish and that will make you feel FAST no matter what speed you are actually running!

We hope you'll get up early, grab a cup of coffee or tea and come run with us on Saturday, December 10th! 

Note: You can save money on your entry fees by signing up before the end of Saturday, the 12th (fees go up on the 13th).

If you have been running strong, keep it up.  If you have fallen out of the habit, and need to get back at it again, don't worry because you are in excellent company.  Come on out and get moving again with us soon!
