Schools and Libraries

December 21, 2022

From: Bushnell-Sage Library

Happy holidays! See below for our updated hours and featured programming.

Join us on Friday, December 23rd from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. for a screening of the animated story Love of a Lady: A True Tale by local artists Ruth and Hans Heuberger.

After the screening, stay for a little craft!

Rescheduled!

The kids are taking over! For the month of December, our library art wall is dedicated to showing off the incredible work of our young artists. Stop in and see robots, abstract art, collograph prints, and more. There’s also a collaborative piece of artwork by Southern Berkshire Childcare Program (SBCCP) preschoolers.

Join us for a (rescheduled) reception on Friday, December 23 from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Pieces are not for individual sale, but donations are welcome and will fund future art programs at the library.

In partnership with Canine Link Therapy Dogs, Bushnell-Sage Library is excited to offer Read to a Dog!

This program offers beginning or struggling readers an opportunity to practice their reading skills with a totally non-judgmental listener.

Offered weekly on Fridays from 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. beginning December 30.

15-minute slots are available - sign up here!

This program is for ages 6+. A guardian must be present.
