Wichita, Kansas based, TGC Group celebrated the official start of construction of our 18th hotel in our portfolio today, WoodSpring Suites Bellflower in Bellflower, CA. As of today, TGC Group has developed, owned, and operated 20 hotels, has currently four (4) under construction and four (4) more to start before summer is over bringing their company to 29 hotels. The general contractor for the project is Buffalo Construction of Louisville, KY and the hotel will be managed by Wichita, Kansas based TGC Hospitality Management. The hotel is located at 8827 Artesia Boulevard, Bellflower, CA 90706 and expected to open early summer 2023.

The WoodSpring Suites Bellflower is quaintly located off the Artesia Freeway (SR-91) and Lakewood Boulevard, in proximity to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Long Beach, Anaheim and great local dining and shopping choices. The four story, 122-room non-smoking and pet friendly hotel offers single and double queen suite accommodations with an exciting amenity package including free wi-fi, a workout facility, fully equipped kitchens in every room, 24/7 laundry facilities, flat panel TVs and a clean, comfortable, practical place to get work done and relax.
