- The Brevard County Supervisor of Elections is running Early Voting for the November 8, 2022 Election beginning today, Monday, October 24, 2022 through Saturday, November 5, 2022; for times and locations, please visit VoteBrevard.gov/Election-Information/Early-Voting.

BIDS/RFPs/RFPs

- RFQ #2022-01 – Position of City Engineer: Attended submittal opening; four (4) submittals were received.

- Bid #2022-06 – Audio and Video Production Services/Upgrade: The location/due date for Bid submittals and the bid opening will be at City Hall on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. and 2:05 p.m., respectively.

- Continued distributing informational packets/documents to interested parties.

Other Items

- Met with Departmental Directors and City Manager throughout the week regarding current, ongoing and future projects and initiatives.

City Hall electronic marquee messages scheduled for this week:

City Manager's Office

- Communicated with Mayor and Council Members regarding various items and initiatives.
- Participated in a conference call with resident to discuss stormwater connection on Astronaut Boulevard.
- Met with Capital Projects Deputy Director to discuss right-of-way survey and non-Presidential street sidewalk plan.
- Met with Community & Economic Development Director to review Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Plan.
- Met with Community & Economic Development Director to discuss code provisions related to the interviewing of potentially re-appointed City Board members.
- Met with Community & Economic Development Director, Community & Economic Development Deputy Director/Sustainability Manager, City Planner and Resilience Engineering Services Manager to review the Presidential Streets Master Plan Project/CRA.
- Met with Project Manager from W+J Construction to discuss close-out PCO’s for the City of Cape Canaveral Community Center project.
