CHANDLER, Ariz. – Every spring, Chandler Public Library (CPL) enjoys fandom in all its glory during LibCon. Celebrating K-Pop, comics, superheroes, sci-fi, and all things pop culture, this year’s event is bigger and better than ever, offering free programs for the entire month of March.

Programs for all ages will be available at all four library locations, with some programs and events taking place on Saturdays. A complete schedule of events is available online at chanderlibrary.org/libcon

“All ages will find something to interest them,” said CPL Program Coordinator Jean Reynolds. “LibCon gives everyone the chance to explore and appreciate one type of fandom or another in a fun and family-friendly environment.”

Since its inception as a teen-only event, LibCon has grown from around 100 attendees to nearly 400 participants annually. Fans can expect lively entertainment and action-packed activities from this year’s featured events:

-Superhero Storytime with Spider Gwen

 -K-Pop for Teens

 -Cosplay Idea Factory

 -Princess Party

-Stranger Things Escape Room for Teens
