From the creators of Jersey Boys, comes one of the most produced ever Broadway musicals in America. It’s the Addams Family musical with its kooky, crazy, spooky, weird and funny cast of characters: Gomez, Morticia, Wednesday, Pugsley, Lurch, and Uncle Fester. Their greatest nightmare comes true when daughter Wednesday, all grown up now, falls in love with Lucas, a “normal” boy! When Lucas and Wednesday’s families meet for dinner, the fractured fun begins.

Creating the perfect sandwich is the shared quest of the formerly incarcerated kitchen staff of Clyde’s, a truck stop café. Even as the shop’s mischievous owner tries to keep them under her thumb, the staffers are given purpose and permission to dream—finding that “sometimes a hero is more than a sandwich” (The New York Times).

Charleston Symphony presents CSO Masterworks: Beethoven's Triple Concerto

Featuring conductor and pianist Andrew Litton, the CSO’s own Yuriy Bekker and cellist Christina Lamprea.

Andrew Litton, Music Director of the New York City Ballet, GRAMMY Award winner, and accomplished pianist, will be conducting from the keyboard while performing Beethoven’s Triple Concerto. Though the violin-cello-piano combination is often heard in chamber music ensembles, it is much rarer as a trio of three soloists with orchestra. The concerto will feature two of the CSO’s principal musicians: Yuriy Bekker and Norbert Lewandowski. Bekker, the orchestra’s concertmaster since 2007, and Lewandowski, principal cellist, will shine in one of Beethoven’s most soulful, challenging, and charming concertos.

You’ll be transported to the spell binding world of the macabre.

International Piano Series presents Avery Gagliano

Having recently made her Carnegie Hall debut and released her debut album “Reflections” on the Steinway & Sons label, 20-year-old pianist Avery Gagliano captures audiences with her sensitivity, emotional depth, and musical expression. She gained international attention as the First Prize and Best Concerto Prize winner of the 10th National Chopin Piano Competition, and was the only American semifinalist at the 18th International Chopin Competition in 2021. Her success has taken her to stages and concert venues such as the Gilmore Festival, Verbier Festival, Ravinia Festival, Warsaw Philharmonic Hall and Carnegie Hall.
