CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – At today’s regularly scheduled City Council meeting, Corpus Christi Mayor Paulette Guajardo and the City Council approved painting the new Corpus Christi Water (CCW) logo on four water storage tanks with FY 2023 funding from the Water Fund. The one-year service agreement with Viking Painting, LLC, for $212,500 is vital in marketing CCW as the water planner, producer, and supplier for 500,000 people across seven counties in the Coastal Bend.

CCW’s new logo will be painted on the following water storage tanks:

-Coral Vine Elevated Storage Tank at 14201 Allamanda Drive

-Holly Elevated Storage Tank at 2901 Holly Road

-Rand Morgan Elevated Storage Tank at 9359 Leopard Street

-Staples Ground Storage Tank at 5501 County Road 43

“Today's approval supports the City’s goal of rebranding CCW,” Mayor Guajardo said. It also creates a stronger identity.”
