“The City of Davis is excited to bring back the 4th of July community festivities after a two-year hiatus. We look forward to the opportunity to gather family, friends and neighbors together in celebration as the City eases back into events,” said Mayor Gloria Partida.

All attendees are encouraged to ride a bike or walk if possible, as parking will be limited.  Self-serve bike parking will be available in Community Park located in the dog run area. Additionally, attendees are encouraged to pack plenty of water, sunscreen and a picnic dinner while supporting local non-profit groups by purchasing snacks and treats at the event.

The City-produced fireworks display is the only safe and legal use of fireworks that is allowed in Davis. As fireworks can be triggering for both people and pets, helpful tips and information are available on the City of Davis at: https://cityofdavis.org/July4th.
