Stage 1 voluntary drought management 

The Corporation has implemented stage 1 voluntary drought management beginning April 30 2022 due to less than average rainfall in our immediate area (San Marcos NWS station/gauge #41-78893-07). The Corporation asks all our Members and Customers to please conserve water in their daily activities and to encourage others to do so as well. Please restrict outdoor watering to the guidelines listed below. Contact our office to inquire about water savings literature available at:

Stage 1 Mild Drought Conditions Voluntary Guidelines 

 -Customers within the city limits of Martindale may water outside on Tuesday and Saturday.

-Customers outside the city limits of Martindale may water outside on Thursdays and Sundays.

-No sprinklers may be used between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.

-Watering dates shall be posted in the San Marcos Daily Record.
