Resilient Communities Program provides funds for the development, adoption, and implementation of resilient building codes, flood damage prevention ordinances, zoning ordinances, comprehensive plans, and land use plans. Additionally, RCP funds an array of public service activities related to resiliency. The grant administration services provider will assist in the development, adoption, and implementation of a forward-looking comprehensive plan that integrate hazard mitigation plans.  This may include providing a base map, land use analysis, housing and population analysis, financial analysis for capital improvements; and other comprehensive planning efforts.
