Dodger Will And Cara Smith Join the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation andPlayworks for Play Day

WHAT: The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation (LADF) and Will and Cara Smith’s Catching Hope Foundation are partnering with Playworks to support the health and well-being of students in Title 1 schools throughout Los Angeles. This play day is made possible in part through a $15,000 grant donated by LADF and Catching Hope.

On Friday, September 30th, LADF, Catching Hope, and Playworks will engage with students at William Northrup Elementary School in Alhambra with fun physical activity and safe, meaningful play programs to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. Dodger Players and their wives, will be in attendance to participate in Playworks’ recess play activities with the 4th and 5th grade classes.
