As a mark of respect for the victims of “the senseless acts of violence perpetrated” on Tuesday, President Biden has ordered that American flags be flown at half-staff until sunset Saturday. Nineteen children and two adults were killed in the shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.
